What to bring
- Light outdoor trousers: 2 pairs
- Light outdoor shirts (long sleeves): 2
- Swimwear or clothes for wash in

- Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers
- Mandatory: Insect/Mosquito repellent

- We’ll provide a sleeping bag

- 3 litters of water bottles/ camelback. Consider bringing packs of Jeewani and Glucose

Additional Notes
“Recommended Attire:
- Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers are advised. Please ensure shoes are adequately broken in beforehand to prevent shoe cuts.
- Headwear: A cap or hat is recommended for sun protection.
- Clothing: Light-coloured attire and sunglasses are suggested for sun exposure.
- Optional Equipment: Consider a hiking pole for added support.
Additional Notes:
- Preparing footwear in advance to prevent shoe cuts is highly recommended.
- In humid conditions, underwear cuts are common. Consider wearing cycle shorts/tights for increased comfort due to anticipated perspiration during the journey.”
