Stepping to the real-life adventure and jungle experience was a leap out of my comfort zone until I met this amazing team, The Border Adventures From the point when I made the travel inquiry until the end of the whole journey, they made sure I was provided with the right guidance and safety throughout. Also I must mention, being a person with zero knowledge and experience, I would not be able to do this without their guidance and support. They were very concerned on the experience and capacity levels of each of the team member and flexible while supporting us throughout the hike. Special thanks to Lojith Rambukwella, being a great travel mentor and organizing this amazing adventure with experienced guides. Not forgetting Chamika Weerawardena and Malith for taking care of the team throughout the hike ensuring our safety even carrying our bags when it's difficult for us to proceed. I highly recommend them to anyone even with zero experience , especially girls who are afraid but would want to try adventure, The Border Adventures is the right choice for you! We did two days hiking in Knuckles Range- on the first day we climbed the five peaks with amazing camping on the top of the second peak! and on the second day we visited Kotaganga waterfalls and were able to swim in one of the natural infinity pools. The Border Adventures is a professional and trustworthy company. they provided the plan in advance, we were able to discuss it. we got all the equipment needed, the guides were well prepared and we had a great time together. we even had the best dinner on the top of the mountain on the first day!!! delicious Pol Roti with lentil dhal. Border adventures has the most amazing guides. They are so very professional and care a lot about people’s needs. They didn’t even sleep at night because it started raining while we were camping in our tents and they were worried about if we were getting wet. We went during vesak and they even put lights on the tents we camped in to give us an extra special experience. They gave us protective gear for the dangerous parts of the hike. Really loved the adventure we had climbing Gerandi Ella with this team and the hard work they put into our experience.
